California Statewide Automated Welfare System C-IV Apps

The C-IV Consortium provides Health & Human Servicesforresidents in 39 counties of California. The C4Yourself®mobileapplication allows users to access their accounts ontheC4Yourself® self-service web portal to check their benefits,managetheir accounts, upload documents, get worker messages andreceivenotifications. The C4Yourself® mobile application allowsusers to:- Perform basic account management functions such ascreate a newC4Yourself® account, login to an existing account andreset theirpassword. - Access their CalFresh, CalWORKs (CaliforniaWorkOpportunity and Responsibility to Kids) and MediCALbenefitsinformation such as application status, program status andmonthlybenefit allotments. - Scan and upload documents using thephonecamera to support processing of their application. -Receivenotifications of upcoming appointments or missingdocumentation. -Read messages securely from case workers regardingtheir case. -Register or deregister their user account with a case.- ManageProfile information including email address for logging in.- Signup for Text and Email Notifications. - View documents sent bycaseworkers. - Find an office near you. - Get answers toquestionsabout how to use the C4Yourself Mobile app. - Get contactnumbersfor all the C-IV counties.
